AAA – Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale GmbH is a company of DAHER group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial service provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. These include industrialization, manufacturing, production, FAL integration, flight line services, quality control and MRO.
All subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components in the mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin areas is carried out in client’s facilities. Every day, 130 employees from 15 different nations ensure that we meet our targets and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your task as a Aircraft Sealer/Painter (all genders)
- Perform all preparatory work (obtain supplies and equipment, set up ladders and scaffolds, and cover items with drop cloths and tape)
- Prepare surfaces by mechanical means, i.e. scraping, wire brushing, masking, spackling, and sanding surfaces
- Clean, degrease, and remove oil, wax buildup, scale, dirt, and old paint from surfaces so coating materials adhere properly
- Mix, thin, blend, match, tint, and tone coating materials following specific written directives and specification
- Apply coating materials such as primer, paint, varnish, and shellac using standard application techniques and ensure the coating finish meets surface protection requirements in accordance with Work Control Documents
Your qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience painting (aircrafts/automobiles)
- Minimum 1 year experience painting Airplanes
- Safety equipment and masks
- Ability to work variable shifts; including day, evening, night and weekends
