AAA – Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale GmbH is a company of DAHER group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial service provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. These include industrialization, manufacturing, production, FAL integration, flight line services, quality control and MRO.
All subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components in the mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin areas is carried out in client’s facilities. Every day, 130 employees from 15 different nations ensure that we meet our targets and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your task as a Aircraft Electrician (all genders)
- Manufacture and assembly of riveted joints and subassemblies on structural components in accordance with construction documents, manufacturing instructions and drawings
- Fabricate components in accordance with applicable aerospace standards
- Making preparations, including reviewing and sorting orders and drawings, setting up components and building site, and checking and providing manufacturing equipment
- Positioning and fixing of components
- Carrying out and documenting the assembly of components and subassemblies
- Performing surface protection (rivet head application, preserving seal seams)
Your qualification
- You have completed training as an aircraft mechanic or a similar qualification with 2 years of professional experience in the aviation industry
- You are characterized by a quality-oriented and responsible way of working
- You speak English (level B1/ B2)
- You underline your flexibility by being willing to work early/ late shift and weekends
